30-Day Summer Series Challenge – Week 2

This is week 2 of our June fitness challenge. If you are just joining us, head over to Week One to learn everything you need to know about Rebecca Louise’s “It Takes Grit” challenge.

Thoughts so far:

Rebecca is an inspiring, engaging, and upbeat coach. She fosters a community amongst her followers and encourages everyone to reach out and congratulate one another on a job well done- cultivating a positive mind and creating a safe space for everyone.

After finishing week one, I can say “I can feel the burn, Rebecca”. I feel a little sore in all the right places, and I can keep going the next day. With a combination of cardio, dumbbell, and bodyweight training, this series is great for any level of fitness. It demands a certain amount of strength, stamina, and grit. One reason I love doing workout challenges is that I surprise myself with how much I can do without stopping. I am greatly looking forward to what week two has to offer.
